1. Eligibility criteria:

Riders must be above 21 years of age older and rider must produce a valid driver’s license while picking up the car. If the user is unable to present valid Driving License at the time of picking up the car the booking will be cancelled. Customers who are not Indian citizens must provide a valid international driving license at the location for pickup.

2. Required Documents:

Please provide a blank cheque and two original ID proofs (Aadhar Card or passport are required). One ID, such as a company ID or an income tax return, an electricity bill, PAN cards, a voter ID, and so on, must be presented when picking up the vehicle.

3. The security deposit:

We will refund the security deposit within 24 hours after Drop the vehicle. The security deposit will be refunded only after checking challans and damages, and any damage discovered will be deducted from the deposit. As a general rule, any noticeable scratch or dent will be billed at least Rs.2000 and deducted from the deposit.

  • Fuel charges are not included.
  • Return as much fuel as you received.
  • Our speed limit is 100 kmph.
  • Rs 200 per hour for late returns.

4. Registration:

Users must provide accurate email, contact number, postal address, and account information during registration. If your booking begins within 24 hours, please contact our customer service before making payment. Even if an applicant meets all of the requirements listed above, D2D Car Rental reserves the right to refuse membership. An applicant, when applying for membership.

5. Traffic Rules Violations:

Royal Drive Car users will be held accountable for any traffic rule violations (if any). This includes, but is not limited to, improper parking, excessive speeding, running a red light at a signal, and toll violations. The user will be held liable for all fines and penalties resulting from such violations. In the event of such violations, the user must notify D2D Car Rental immediately. If the user leaves the vehicle in a restricted zone, he or she must pay the applicable fines/penalties to the appropriate authorities and provide proof of payment to D2D Car Rental. This may result in additional penalties being imposed on the user if the violation causes the D2D Car Rental vehicle to be unavailable for future reservations.

6. Cancellation Policy:

A user can cancel a booking by calling Mr.Kuldeep Singh at mobile number 9103306603. The applicable refund will be credited within 7-10 working days. The following cancellation charges will apply based on the cancellation time. If you cancel before 7 days from the trip start date, 80% of the amount will be refunded. If you cancel within 7 days of the trip’s start date, 100% of the amount will not be refunded.

7. Important Note:

Only members who have registered are permitted to drive D2D Car Rental vehicles. Drivers who are not D2D Car Rental members but are accompanied by one are not permitted to operate the vehicle. (Uses of D2D Car Rental vehicles for criminal or illicit activity are prohibited.)(Vehicles cannot be used for off-roading or competitions like races and exhibitions). It is not permitted for D2D Car Rental customers to carry the following items while operating the vehicle: Anything that is prohibited from being in one’s possession by the Indian penal code Weapons or anything flammable or sharp that could damage the vehicle or endanger people’s lives Should it be found that the user is in possession of the aforementioned items.

The Indian laws apply to the use of the vehicles. The car cannot be driven in places where the federal or state governments forbid entry. D2D Car Rental will report any unauthorized use of the vehicle to the appropriate authorities, and service will be immediately suspended or terminated. The relevant local, state, and/or federal authorities may take appropriate legal action against the user in the event of non-compliance. In such a case, D2D Car Rental will keep the full amount of the security deposit.

D2D Car Rental does not guarantee the availability of a specific vehicle at all. D2D Car Rental retains the right to repossess the vehicle from you at any time and from any location if you fail to return it to the agreed-upon drop-off location by the end of your initial reservation time. In such a case, you will be assessed late fees, inconvenience fees, and any other costs that apply in accordance with D2D Car Rental’s policy for fees starting at the time your original reservation is scheduled to end and ending when the vehicle is picked up from you. In addition, you will be responsible for covering any extra expenses D2D Car Rental incurs while regaining custody of the car. The user is responsible for paying all costs associated with using the vehicle during the rental period, including parking fees, fines, tickets, andchallans. The person renting the car from D2D Car Rental is solely responsible for any physical damage, theft, or loss to the vehicle. It is the hirer’s responsibility to obey traffic regulations and to pay any fines. Any fraud or misuse will result in the filing of a police FIR. The hirer will be held responsible for all fees. The only person who will be held accountable for any deaths that occur in the car—by, inside, outside, or for any other reason—is the one who rented it. In addition to handling any legal actions brought against them or the vehicle, he or she must pay D2D Car Rental for the rental car.

Customers are guaranteed to receive immaculate cars from D2D Car Rental, and we promise to return them in that same state. D2D Car Rental will deduct a small amount from the vehicle’s washing and dry cleaning costs if the customer returns it in dirty condition (if required) All of our vehicles are completely insured at all times, but in the unlikely event that a customer causes damage, D2D Car Rental Insurance will only file a claim if the damage exceeds Rs. 50,000 (fifty thousand rupees) if the car’s actual value is less than Rs. 10 lakh, or Rs. 1 lakh if it is more than Rs. 10,00000 (10 lakh rupees). That in the event that a client files an insurance claim for a major or minor accident, D2D Car Rental retains the right to retain the full damage estimate amount given by the dealership at the time of the client’s rough estimate for repair costs. This amount is only refundable once the insurance company has approved the claim. This is how the refundable amount will be determined. Estimated days to repair (multiply daily car rental + car depreciation + file fee + other costs). If the insurance company declines a claim, refuses to approve it, or deducts any percentage from the amount that is approved due to any circumstances and consequences. If the customer refuses to pay D2D Car Rental’s estimated damage cost, the company reserves the right to sue the customer or take any other appropriate legal action against them. The customer must also pay the dealership’s estimated damage amount as well as the amount deducted from the authorized claim amount. should the customer misplace the RC. The customer will be immediately billed a penalty of rs 20000/- (twenty thousand Rupees) with written confirmation of the date and manner of its misplacement.

The car must be returned by the scheduled return date. The customer may prolong the rental car by notifying D2D Car Rental in advance and providing the desired number of additional days. If the client failed to notify, pay, or otherwise assist D2D Car Rental in any way. D2D Car Rental is fully entitled to reclaim its vehicle at any time, from any location, and without prior notice. It may also pursue appropriate legal action against the customer.No auto spare part should be altered or removed by the customer. In the event of an emergency, the client should notify D2D Car Rental and follow instructions. A penalty of Rs. 5000 will be imposed on the customer in addition to the cost of the spare part. If a customer damages a car, flees the scene, ignores D2D Car Rental’s calls or messages, and fails to return our messages, we reserve the right to hold the customer fully liable for any and all repair costs (without using insurance) and other costs, if any, as well as any other losses to the customer’s property or life. The customer must pay for everything without raising any issues, or else D2D Car Rental has the right to file a complaint against the client and, if necessary, sue them in court. that if an RC, another document, or the car itself is impounded by a police officer or a court due to any/all offenses committed by the customer/client. The customer is required to cover all penalties imposed by the Indian government and assume responsibility for returning our car to us in a clean, unimpaired state and without any outstanding debts. Until he or she returns our car to us, along with any impounded documents and accessories, he or she is required to pay a daily rent.
